About us
Broadway House is a community of people who’ve decided to rebuild — and who’ve decided to do it side by side.

Our story
Broadway House started from a simple conviction: people rebuild best when they aren’t doing it alone.
Today it’s a real home — with a big table, a full calendar, and a crew of residents, alumni, volunteers, and neighbors who look out for one another. Some days that looks like a house meeting. Other days it looks like a row of matching gray shirts at a community walk.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or easy answers. We believe in showing up, telling the truth, and celebrating every step forward — together.
What we believe
Dignity isn’t earned. It’s where we start, and it’s how we treat every person who walks through the door.
We hold high standards — and we hold them alongside each other, not over each other.
Giving back is how a person remembers what they’re capable of. That’s why you’ll find us at community events, sleeves rolled up.
Setbacks are part of a real recovery story. What matters is that nobody is left to face them alone.
Life in the house
Holidays, ordinary Tuesdays, and everything between — this is what it looks like when people take care of each other.

Leadership
